what age groups does True North accomadate?

While we invite anyone who is interested in training or mentorship to inquire, our programming is geared more toward players from 7th Grade through college. Our Mentorship Program is specifically created for High School and College aged athletes.

Where does true north programming take place?

True North takes advantage of a number of locations with the majority of training taking place at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul. Our Mentorship sessions can be flexible to help meet the needs of our mentees.

Does True North provide guest speaking or team events?
